A leading automotive company based in Pamplona seeks a skilled professional to supervise material handling and ensure efficient operations in the warehouse. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in materials management and supervisory experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and availability for shift work. Formación

• 3+ years in automotive or manufacturing materials management.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Available to work in shifts (including night shifts).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise material handling, receiving, storage, and line-side delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate with production and suppliers for timely parts availability.
• Implement lean practices and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and train warehouse staff.
• Control and oversee operators to ensure adherence to processes and productivity standards.

Key Duties

• Supervise material handling, receiving, storage, and line-side delivery.

• Lead and train warehouse staff.
• Control and oversee operators to ensure adherence to processes and productivity standards.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), lean principles, and safety standards.
