Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Material Solution and IP Engineer in Getafe, Madrid. You will analyze spares planning, develop proposals to improve customer processes, and support Initial Provisioning and Customized Lead-Time initiatives.

Responsibilities include working with Eurodrone suppliers, creating customized spare parts lists, and representing ADS with customers. The role requires an engineering degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2-5 years in MRO, design or manufacturing.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge in aircraft maintenance and technical manuals, Microsoft Excel.
• Nice to have: Experience in spares dimension tools and knowledge in ADS products will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Eurodrone suppliers selection, analyzing material services part and contribution.
• Develop capabilities to create customized spare parts lists using A/C configuration systems.
• Represent ADS in front of the Customer at Initial Provisioning.
• Generate all documentation supporting the Material Solution.
• Align Materiel Services aspects with performance within Airbus and partners.
• Generate and optimize data for Spares Modelling.

An opportunity for a Material Solution and IP Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

The mission of the Department: Research and analyse spares planning and logistics data and convert findings into profitable contracts for Initial Provisioning, Customized Spares Logistics and Customized Lead-Time. Develop proposals for improvement of customers' processes and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Participating in Eurodrone suppliers selection, analyzing material services part and contribution
• Developing, through the technical knowledge of the A/C configuration systems, the necessary capabilities to create customized spare parts lists, according to the Customers´ and ADS´s requirements.
• Representing ADS in front of the Customer, at Initial Provisioning
• Generating all the documentation that support the Material Solution.
• Alignment of all Materiel Services aspects wrt. its Materiel Services performance and functions within Airbus, within the Partner Companies, Suppliers and Nations.
• Generate and continuously optimize/improve integrated, complete and accurate data and assumptions to be used for Spares Modelling.
