Arup in Spain is seeking an Associate Urban Planner to join the City Planning & Design team. You will lead complex urban planning projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and presenting to clients, with a focus on sustainable, socio-economic outcomes.

Ideally you bring 15+ years of experience in planning, strong CAD/ArcGIS skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a passion for innovation and knowledge sharing across projects.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in urban planning and related functions.
• Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS.
• Full professional competence in Spanish and high level of English (C1).
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee complex urban planning projects, including drafting and processing planning instruments and urban feasibility analysis.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and social disciplines.
• Communicate and present projects to clients and manage client relationships in urban planning.
• Support business development through planning process work winning and proposals.
