European Blockchain Convention is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to act as the creative and executional engine of our marketing. You will own content, design, channels and campaigns, building AI-powered workflows and measuring impact across events, newsletters and social media.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to push ideas, optimize briefs and drive growth, with a focus on English-language outputs and a strong eye for brand consistency.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years of marketing experience
• Ideally with blockchain/crypto/digital assets/Web3 experience
• Demonstrable design portfolio
• Fluency with AI tools for content, design, and automation
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media management and web/SEO fundamentals
• Strong autonomy and judgement
• Native or professional English; Spanish is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-quality content end to end: social posts, newsletters, landing pages and event announcements
• Build AI-assisted workflows to multiply output while maintaining brand voice
• Turn crypto/digital assets news into marketing opportunities for events and agenda
• Create polished visual assets using Canva, Figma and AI design platforms
• Manage LinkedIn, X and other channels; grow audience with data-driven tests
• Optimize email marketing calendar, flows, A/B tests and deliverability
• Ensure website content is fresh and search-friendly with SEO optimization
• Monitor analytics (GA4, email, social) and translate data into decisions
