Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Supply Planner Trainee in Barcelona to join the Planning Team. The program offers exposure to European planning, hands-on learning, and a path to develop supply chain and planning capabilities in a global environment.

You will support demand and supply planning for European plants, gain insights from the regional Center of Excellence, and collaborate with main stakeholders across Europe in a challenging, international setting.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Engineering or related studies.
• Strong analytical and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work in complex, international environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Interest in supply chain and planning.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with MS Office is a plus.

What will you do?

• In our Planning Early Year Talent Program you will gain valuable experience working in our EMEA Planning Center of Excellence based in Barcelona. You will learn and understand our business, our people and purpose: what we do & why it matters.
• You will support both the demand planning and supply planning areas of the different Manufacturing plants in Europe.
• The role will involve being exposed internally with the main stakeholders of planning and manufacturing plants in Europe.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include:

• Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain or related studies.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
• Passion for results.
• Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
• Ambition to develop supply chain and planning capabilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Additional Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge with MS Office Tools.
• Experience in Supply Chain / Project Management is a plus.
