Abbott is offering a Full-time Internship in Madrid for a Sales & Therapy Specialist Intern. You will support marketing and sales efforts around TAVI & Structural Interventions, helping tailor international materials to local needs and coordinating hospital events.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget tracking, and compliance with local policies. You will gain exposure to market development in a global healthcare leader and build hands-on experience in health marketing.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in health sector required.
• Strong communication and branding abilities.
• Creative and operational marketing skills.
• Proven project management capability.
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• English at C1 level required.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about TAVI & Structural Interventions implants and customer profiles.
• Develop and maintain updated marketing and sales tools for TAVI & Structural Interventions.
• Maintain sales tool updates for invoicing follow up.
• Align budget expense report throughout the year.

Main Purpose of internship:

• Learn on TAVI & Structural Interventions implants, and customers profiles
• Elaborate and maintain updated marketing and sales tools for TAVI & Structural Interventions
• Maintain sales tool update for invoicing follow up
• Align budget expense report throughout the year

You will learn to:

• Customize international marketing material to local needs
• Submit for approval all marketing and sales materials
• Tracking budget vs plan by different concepts
• Coordinate marketing presence in events for consistent branding and messaging
• Coordinate agendas for workshops in hospitals
• Coordinate all local events: USER meetings
• Make sure that events are following the local requirements and good practices codes
• Compliance with corporate / local policies and procedures

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor Degree & Master's related to the health sector is essential.
• Effective communication and branding
• Creative and operational marketing skills
• Project management
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal, external agencies,...)
