Celonis is seeking an enthusiastic student to join the Marketing Database Hub Team in Madrid. You will enrich inbound funnel data, route prospects to the Business Development Team, and support lead management within Salesforce and our marketing automation platform.

Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, database hygiene, and lead lifecycle operations in a fast-growth SaaS environment, while developing analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills in English.

The Team:

The Marketing Database Hub Team, as part of our Global Digital Marketing Team, is helping our Go-To-Market Organization to grow business by managing the integrity, segmentation, and flow of all prospect and customer data to power targeted marketing campaigns and provide clear intelligence to the sales team.

The Role:

Join the Celonis rocket-ship and help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing tactics. In this role, you will enrich our inbound funnel data and assist in routing prospects to our Business Development Team. This includes connecting the dots when a prospect indicates they are ready to talk to Sales and powering up our ability to segment our database for highly personalized campaigns.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for lead uploads into our Marketing Automation platform and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about the design of a marketing funnel in a high-growth SaaS model, how to use Salesforce for lead management, and how core database hygiene best practices work.
