Celonis is seeking an enrolled marketing/business student for a full-time internship in Madrid. You will support the Web Operations team within Marketing to enhance digital presence and lead generation.

Responsibilities include building and updating website content, ensuring forms work correctly, translating pages, and assisting with data gathering for reports in collaboration with Analytics. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics and campaign execution.

The Team:

The Web Operations team is part of the Web and Conversion Marketing team and is responsible for maximizing lead generation opportunities across our digital touch-points, as well as improving Celonis’ digital presence and position for search engines while ensuring data is collected and reported consistently. We are an international team, operating at global scale and part of Celonis Digital Marketing team.

The Role:

You will help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing tactics. You will support by enriching our inbound funnel data and assist in routing prospects to our Business Development Team.

The work you’ll do:

Support the execution of campaigns in our Celonis websites (celonis.com & campaigns.celonis.com ) including the following activities:

• Build, edit and launch content/webpages on our websites
• Ensure webforms are properly working tested and maintained
• Support in website maintenance (Page updates, deactivation & redirects)
• Support in template creation in close collaboration with UX team
• Support the implementation of translations in celonis.com
• Support gathering data & building reports for key activities such as QMRs in collaboration with Analytics team

The qualifications you need:

• Enrolled Student of marketing/business studies looking to get real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
• A passion for Digital Marketing and eager to explore different tools
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
• Great attention to detail and great sense of ownershipBe a team player and provide support in several different types of projects to help increase marketing impact on the business
• Have very good skills in verbal and written English
• Bring at least 6 months of full-time availability, 40h/week
