FR1 Kardex France SASU is seeking a Junior Marketer on a VIE contract to support two hands-on missions across South Europe and EMEA. You will coordinate events and produce marketing content while collaborating with global marketing teams.

You will report to the South Europe Marketing Manager and gain exposure to both event delivery and content production, building a well-rounded early-career marketing skillset.

Responsabilidades

• Content – South Europe (30%): Creating ad copies and dedicated content; adapting and translating into local languages; Creating dedicated assets in coordination with central and other marketing teams; Executing local multi-channel campaigns (emails, ads, press, social media, events)
• Content – EMEA (25%): Creating written and video case studies for the South Europe and EMEA region; Creating and updating the website's case studies page; Supporting translation/validation of content for EMEA-wide use; Contributing to EMEA flagship projects or campaigns (ad-hoc)
• Events – South Europe (30%): On-the-ground logistics and follow-up before, during, and after events; travel to event locations; Coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders on all event-related needs; Requesting quotes and managing supplier relationships within the budget framework validated by the Marketing Manager
• Reporting & Market Intelligence (15%): Building activity report templates; tracking and analysis of key marketing and event KPIs; Conducting competitor analysis to identify best practices and optimize campaigns

We're looking for a Junior Marketer to join our team on a VIE contract, split between two hands-on missions: coordinating events across South Europe and producing marketing content that spans both South Europe and EMEA. You'll report to the Kardex AutoStore South Europe Marketing Manager and work closely with the EMEA Autostore Marketing Team but also global and central Marketing teams, gaining exposure to both the operational side of event delivery and the creative/coordination side of content production — a great way to build a well-rounded marketing skillset early in the career.

Your tasks Main Responsibilities

• Content – South Europe (30%)
  • Creating ad copies and dedicated content; adapting and translating into local languages
  • Creating dedicated assets (PDF, video, visuals…) in coordination with central and other marketing teams
  • Executing local multi-channel campaigns (incl. emails, ads, press, social media, events…)
• Content – EMEA (25%)
  • Creating written and video case studies for the South Europe and EMEA region
  • Creating and updating the website's case studies page
  • Supporting translation/validation of content for EMEA-wide use
  • Contributing to EMEA flagship projects or campaigns (ad-hoc)
• Events – South Europe (30%)
  • On-the-ground logistics and follow-up before, during, and after events, including travel to some event locations
  • Coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders on all event-related needs (contents, give aways, exhibits…)
  • Requesting quotes and managing supplier relationships within the budget framework validated by the Marketing Manager
• Reporting & Market Intelligence (15%)
  • Building and maintaining activity report templates, including tracking and analysis of key marketing and event KPIs
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify best practices and optimize current and future campaigns
