Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Marketing & Contracts Analyst to support the European Marketing team. The role focuses on coordinating marketing operations, project management activities and HCP contracting processes across Europe, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in international/regulatory contexts, and fluent English. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI is highly desirable.

  • Experience in international European and regulated environments with contract management and compliance exposure.
  • Fluent English written and spoken with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and support European marketing projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, events, and leadership reviews.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.
  • Manage HCP contracting processes, tracking approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit readiness standards.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for KOL engagement, marketing projects, budgets, and operations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, identifying process improvements.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Contracts Analyst to support the European Marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of marketing operations, project management activities and Healthcare Professional (HCP) contracting processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed and regulated environment. He or she will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders across Europe and ensuring a high standard of operational excellence in everything they do.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the execution of European marketing projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Organize and support marketing meetings, workshops, events, and leadership reviews.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.
  • Manage HCP contracting processes, tracking approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and audit readiness standards.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for KOL engagement, marketing projects, budgets, and operational activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About you

About you: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in marketing operations, project coordination, commercial operations, or administrative support.

Experience working in international organizations, preferably within a European and regulated environment, with exposure to contract management and compliance processes.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) and experience creating reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.

Experience with HCP contracting, compliance requirements, project management, procurement, financial systems, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Salary range for the role: 40/45k€
