Job summary

Sony Europe in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Analyst Intern to join its Marketing team for 6 months, extendable 6 months. You will build and upload FAF promotion documents, verify market execution, and report weekly results to stakeholders.

You will bring a business/marketing/finance background with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent Spanish and English, and an analytical mindset. Barcelona-based, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student in Business, Marketing or Finance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese a plus.
• High-level Excel and good PowerPoint knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
• Knowledge in AI tools applied to business is a plus.
• Self-driven and able to identify end-to-end improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create and upload the SMART FAF promotion document for approval flow.
• Verify FAF activities are implemented in the market.
• Report weekly the results (sell-out basis) to stakeholders.
• Ensure FAF balance covers commitments after activities.
• Provide general support for the Marketing team.

Marketing Analyst Intern

Sony is looking for a talent to join our Marketing team for 6 months, extendable 6 months more.

You will:

• Create and upload the SMART FAF (promotion document) for approval flow, based on the forecast and agreed activities by each product manager (Special Price / Sell out Allowance / Stock Compensation)
• Verify that the short-term activities raised in FAF are in fact implemented in the market
• Report on weekly basis the result (sell-out basis) of the activities, in order to be validated by the different stakeholders (Marketing, SBO, Sales)
• Ensure that the FAF balance is enough to cover the commitments after the activity is done
• Give general support for the Marketing team.

You will bring:

• Business, Marketing or Finance background
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese is a plus
• Precise in working with numbers and Excel (high level required), good PowerPoint knowledge. Optional: SAP, BW
• Analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Knowledge in AI tools applied to business
• Self-determination, initiative and drive to achieve goals
• Identification of opportunities for improvements with end-to-end process perspective
• Clear communication with proper level of detail based on the audience

In order to be eligible for this internship, you need to be currently enrolled in a university or business school and be located in Barcelona.
