Studio SEEDz is seeking an Architect to join our team in Marbella. The role blends architecture with interior design across residential and hospitality projects from concept through documentation and construction.

You will develop drawings, 3D models and material selections, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure design quality within budgets and timelines on-site in Marbella.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong architectural and interior design skills.
• Good proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Good understanding of materials, detailing and construction.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across several projects.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is highly valued.
• Based in Marbella or able to work full-time on-site in Marbella.

Responsabilidades

• Architectural and interior design development
• Preparation of drawings and technical documentation in Revit
• Development of 3D models, design presentations and material selections
• Interior layouts, bespoke details and finishes
• Coordination with engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors
• Development of projects from concept through construction documentation
• Occasional site visits to review progress and coordinate design decisions
• Supporting the team in ensuring design quality, technical feasibility, budgets and timelines
