ITP Aero Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the department and ensure the quality of structural products in the factory. You will validate new manufacturing processes, manage changes, and lead multidisciplinary problem-solving teams focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You will define measurement and inspection processes, control quality indicators, and manage non-conforming products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product/process quality in an industrial setting.
• Advanced knowledge of QC tools, SPC and measurement techniques.

Responsabilidades

What is the objective of this project and what does it consist of?

At ITPAero we are looking a engineering profile to incorporate in our Department of a Quality Engineer for:

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Quality assurance of structural products in the factory.
• Validation of new manufacturing processes and change management
• Leading multidisciplinary problem solving team (root cause analysis of process events). Participation in continuous improvement activities related to the product/process
• Manage non-conforming product
• Define measurement and inspection processes
• Controlling the area's quality indicators

What profile are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar

Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of product/process quality in an industrial company

Knowledge in:

• Machining processes, production management, planning and organisation of the physical-productive system: Lean Manufacturing will be an asset.
• Conventional and three-dimensional measurement techniques.
• Statistical process control
• Handling of quality tools.

Language:Advanced english
