Formación

• Extensive manufacturing & TPM experience in a CPG environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S and GMP safety standards.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate site change initiatives using I2M/IIM methods and report progress to the site BD leader.
• Support trial planning, materials availability, and cross-functional communication for plant activities.
• Ensure alignment with regional/global menus and meet manufacturing hurdle rates while delivering productivity improvements.
