VEGA Chargers busca un Manufacturing Planner para optimizar la planificación de la producción y asegurar que Microsoft Dynamics NAV se alinee con nuestros procesos operativos. El rol sirve como puente entre Operaciones y Producción para impulsar eficiencia, digitalización y mejora continua.

La posición requiere experiencia en entornos de fabricación, capacidad analítica y habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.

Formación

• Experiencia en planificación de producción.
• Conocimiento funcional de Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experiencia en entornos de fabricación.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborar y mantener planes de producción semanales.
• Generar, liberar y gestionar órdenes de fabricación en el ERP.
• Crear y mantener nuevos códigos de producto, estructuras de BOM y configuraciones del sistema.
• Coordinar con Producción, Compras y Logística.
• Vigilar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.

Our process starts from conceptualisation and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Manufacturing Planner to play a key role in optimising production planning and ensuring Microsoft Dynamics NAV is perfectly aligned with our operational processes. This role will act as a bridge between Operations and Production, driving efficiency, digitalisation and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Build and maintain weekly production plans.
• Create, release and manage manufacturing orders in the ERP.
• Create and maintain new product codes, BOM structures and system configurations.
• Analyse production capacity and workload distribution.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure delivery deadlines.
• Monitor deviations and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning and ERP environments.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Understanding of business processes: production, inventory, purchasing and sales.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and autonomous profile.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
