OneTalent is recruiting an IT Business Partner – Manufacturing with SAP PP/QM/PM expertise to support a leading FMCG group’s IT Organization. You will partner with Manufacturing and Operations, drive projects, optimize processes, and coordinate internal and external teams to deliver value across plants.

You will act as a change agent, standardizing and digitalizing processes across Purchasing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, while ensuring reliable operation of core Manufacturing applications

Formación

• 7+ years in IT roles related to Manufacturing, Operations or industrial environments.
• Strong SAP PP/QM/PM functional knowledge.
• Experience managing IT projects in Manufacturing or Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key IT partner for Manufacturing and Operations stakeholders.
• Understand end-to-end Operations processes across purchasing, planning, manufacturing, quality, traceability and logistics.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Lead SAP and non-SAP projects from requirements through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, stakeholders and delivery.
• Coordinate external technology partners for solution development and implementation.
• Drive adoption of new systems across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure reliable operation of applications supporting Manufacturing and Operations.
