Sulzer is seeking a Business Controller to support the financial integrity of the organization. The role focuses on reporting, compliance and internal controls, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

You will act as the financial liaison between local manufacturing operations and the Center of Excellence, coordinating key financial processes and driving performance across the site in Madrid (Rivas).

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Controlling.
• Proven track record in inventory management, cost control, and project management.
• Experience within the manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between local operations, BPO and CoE.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate tracking and management of sales and backlogs.
• Monitor customer order contract profitability and utilization metrics.
• Link strategic plans to operational and financial drivers across departments.
• Generate, model, and execute action plans to address performance gaps.
• Provide business planning, forecasting, and budgeting know-how to stakeholders.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks with the CoE & BPO team.
• Conduct variance analysis and manage internal reports.
• Support Head Office on financial matters.
