Amaris Consulting busca un Consultor MES para unirse a un equipo internacional desde Barcelona, con modalidad híbrida. Se trabajará para mantener y mejorar aplicaciones MES y su entorno técnico en empresas farmacéuticas líderes.

Se requiere 3–5 años en entornos de producción, experiencia en MES y conocimiento de Körber PAS-X; nivel de inglés fluido y habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Se valoran Docker, OpenShift y Kubernetes.

Formación

• 3–5 años de experiencia en fabricación, ingeniería o IT en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia con soluciones MES; conocimiento de Körber PAS-X es un plus.
• Buen conocimiento de Windows/Linux, Citrix y Oracle o PostgreSQL.
• Comprensión de entornos OT en fabricación farmacéutica.
• Experiencia con herramientas de IA generativa.
• Deseable: Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, gestión del ciclo de vida MBR o administración de Oracle.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.
• Inglés fluido.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar solicitudes de servicio MES y proporcionar soporte técnico.
• Probar, documentar e implementar cambios en la aplicación e infraestructura.
• Monitorizar el rendimiento del sistema y apoyar mejoras continuas.
• Coordinar pruebas, gestión de cambios y documentación de la aplicación.
• Garantizar cumplimiento GxP, seguridad, acceso de usuarios y operaciones técnicas (copias, recuperación ante desastres, actualizaciones).
• Colaborar con equipos de IT, stakeholders y SMEs para soporte y nuevos requisitos.
• Participar en actividades de mantenimiento fuera de horas programadas cuando sea necesario.

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

At Amaris Consulting, were looking for a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Consultant to join an international team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies in maintaining and improving MES applications and their technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage MES service requests and provide technical support.
• Test, document, and implement application and infrastructure changes.
• Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
• Coordinate testing, change management, and application documentation.
• Ensure GxP compliance, security, user access, and technical operations (backups, disaster recovery, upgrades).
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support ongoing operations and new requirements.
• Participate in planned after-hours maintenance activities when required.

What were looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT systems supporting production environments.
• Experience with MES solutions; knowledge of Körber PAS-X is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, Citrix, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with Generative AI tools.
• Nice to have: Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, MBR lifecycle management, or Oracle administration.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English.
