Flowserve SIHI (Spain) SL in Pozuelo de Alarcón is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, direct, and improve machining, assembly, and testing processes. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve quality.

You will collaborate with Supervisors, ensure CNC programs availability, train operators, and support safety and environmental policies. The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Formación

• BS or BA Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates capital equipment proposals and develops justification.
• Partners with Supervisors to meet Flowserve goals.
• Ensures availability of CNC programs for new products.
• Trains operators in CNC programming and tooling.
• Supports profitability and manufacturing strategic plans.
• Enforces safety and environmental policies.
• Keeps up with tooling and process improvements.
• Treats others with respect and works as a team player.
