• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for commercial and strategic opportunity assessment.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to engage senior leaders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with accountability for category performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English.

Experteer Overview As Procurement Category Manager for Shrink u0026amp; Stretch Films and Handles across Europe, you will shape sourcing strategies to deliver value, quality, and sustainable supply. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, CEPG, and The Coca-Cola Company to drive procurement excellence and measurable business impact. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation, with a focus on sustainability and supplier diversity. You will lead cross-border sourcing initiatives and monitor savings delivery to support Europe-wide supply chain performance.
