The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in a beach club setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English, and the ability to manage a team effectively. We are currently looking for an experienced Beach Manager to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.

Experience you will need :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury beach club.

Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential.

Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.

Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English

Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
