Apex Group is expanding its Investor AML team to oversee onboarding, due diligence and ongoing monitoring for fund administration clients. The role ensures compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal policies while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AML/KYC experience, strong leadership skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is preferred. Hybrid working model with private health and life insurance benefits is offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of AML/KYC, investor services, fund administration or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and investor due diligence requirements.
• Experience managing teams and client relationships.
• CAMS or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee investor AML/KYC onboarding and due diligence processes for fund administration clients.
• Review and approve investor due diligence files, including identification, beneficial ownership and source of funds documentation.
• Manage ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, sanctions screening and PEP assessments.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk investor cases.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, internal policies and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, investors, auditors, compliance teams and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop Investor AML team members.
• Prepare KPI, management and client reporting.
