Glovo is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation professional to design and govern end-to-end finance processes across the organization.

You will lead a team, optimize P2P/R2R/O2C cycles, and enable data governance and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in finance process management, optimization or transformation.
• Proven direct leadership of 3+ team members with talent development.
• Hands-on redesign/optimization of P2P, R2R, O2C or similar processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), Celonis and automation tools.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
• Lean/Six Sigma or CI framework experience.

Responsabilités

• Establish process standards, governance and best practices across finance.
• Identify bottlenecks; develop improvement roadmaps aligned to transformation.
• Lead a 5-7 person team with emphasis on ownership and innovation.
• Oversee master data management (customers, vendors, COA).
• Drive continuous improvement; measure KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality).
• Prepare processes for automation with RPA/AI opportunities and docs.

At Glovo, we don’t just move food; we move millions of transactions every hour across 20+ countries. Our Finance teams define the "Rules of the Game" (The What). Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How).

THE JOURNEY

• Establish process standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the finance organization.
• Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; develop targeted improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, innovation, and operational excellence (currently 5-7 direct reports).
• Oversee master data management strategy (customer, vendor, chart of accounts, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives; measure and report on process KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact).
• Prepare processes for future automation by identifying RPA and AI opportunities and building process documentation that enables automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance, or similar).
• Proven team leadership: Direct management experience with 3+ team members; track record of developing talent.
• Deep process expertise: Hands‑on experience redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
• Systems & technology fluency: Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
• Strategic & analytical mindset: Ability to think systemically about process design while executing tactically; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Experience with lean/six sigma methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
