You will work 20 hours per week, mornings 9:00 to 13:00, with a gross salary of 17,500 EUR paid in 14 installments. This is a stable opportunity to establish yourself in a local property management firm.

Formación

• Proven experience in community of owners accounting.
• Proficient user knowledge of the GESFINCAS accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Manage community accounting records and reconciliations using the GESFINCAS software.
• Handle regular bookkeeping, expense tracking, and income allocations for homeowner communities.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and orderly records for all properties.
