Job summary

Confidential employer in Mallorca is hiring a Second-Grade Painter for on-site renovation and surface finishing projects across the island. The role is full-time, working with an established team on site from Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30, starting 26/10/2026.

The position offers a gross annual salary of €23,161.18, paid in 14 monthly installments, plus salary supplements under the Balearic Islands Construction Collective Agreement and a sector pension plan.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months of professional experience in painting.
• Valid category B driving licence is required.
• Mandatory PRL 20h safety certificate.
• No formal academic degree required.
• Training in working at heights is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish surfaces, including sanding, plastering, repairing small fissures, and applying primers, paints, and coatings.
• Provide hands-on support in basic masonry, maintenance, and building rehabilitation tasks on site.
• Organize, load, unload, and transport tools, machinery, and materials needed for daily operations.
• Clean and protect work areas to maintain tidy and safe site conditions.
• Follow site managers' directives and comply with occupational risk prevention standards.
