Job summary

Under Armour Malaga is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (12 hours) to be the face of the brand, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. You’ll deliver standout customer experiences, promote our Rewards program, and support both in-store and digital channels.

The role requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth into regular part‑time or full‑time roles. Being tech‑friendly and a team player is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge and love for our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payments
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests through the digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Adapt to a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self‑development and seize growth opportunities
• Deliver omni‑channel requests according to UA process and policy
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per Under Armour attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
