BIKE24 is seeking a Warehouse Technician to uphold safety, quality and productivity in a Robotic Autostore environment. You will maintain automated systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with external partners to ensure reliable operations. Strong communication in English and Spanish is essential; German is a plus.

Formación

• CFGS/ FP in a relevant field, ideally Mechatronics or Robotic.
• Excellent communication skills with medium-high level B2 English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Experience repairing and maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Experience interacting with computers and computer systems (hardware/software).
• Proactive attitude toward decision making and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with safety and security policies and regulations.
• Identify and lead process and safety improvements in warehouse and Robotic Autostore.
• Troubleshoot automated systems and determine causes of failures.
• Disassemble/reassemble Autostore robots and peripherals for repairs/maintenance.
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
• Create and maintain service records of Autostore equipment.
• Install, program and repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, conveyors and related equipment.
• Document test procedures and results; prepare SOPs and related documents.
• Maintain inventories and traceability of automation supplies.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and 5S; manage external suppliers and service contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance plans with external providers; support continuous improvement projects.

Ensure excellence in terms of quality, safety, customer experience and productivity in your area of responsibility as a Warehouse Technician. Ensure an efficient use of the resources that you will have assigned as well as the supervision and development. Actively collaborate in the development of the BIKE24 business.

Your new challenge

• Comply and be an active part regarding safety and security policies and compliance with all regulations
• Identify and proactively lead initiatives to improve processes, safety, quality regarding the maintenance of the warehouse and any Robotic Autostore-related process
• Determine causes of operational problems or failures. Troubleshoot automatic systems
• Disassemble and reassemble Autostore robots, components, and peripheral equipment to make needed repairs and preventive maintenance
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components
• Create and maintain operational service records of Autostore robotic equipment
• Install, program and repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, conveyors and related equipment
• Document automatic systems test procedures and results. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and documents related
• Maintain inventories and traceability of automatics systems supplies such as sensors and cables
• Ensure the optimal state of the facilities as well as follow the procedures for order, cleanliness and 5S
• Manage external suppliers (e.g. fire protection systems, electrical installations, forklifts, loading docks, lightning protection), ensuring compliance with service contracts and identifying new suppliers where necessary
• Create, update and ensure full compliance with the overall maintenance plan, coordinating effectively with external service providers
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects within warehouse operations, including prototype development and ergonomic optimisation of workstations

Necessary skills and qualificatio

• CFGS/ FP in a relevant field, ideally Mechatronics or Robotic
• Excellent communication skills with medium-high level B2 English and Spanish (verbal and written). German is a plus
• Experience in repairing and maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment
• Experience in interacting and using computers and computers’ systems (hardware and software)
• Proactive attitude towards making decisions and solving problem

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language
