Motus People busca un técnico de mantenimiento por turnos para mantener y reparar maquinaria de automatización en planta de Madrid. El rol requiere experiencia práctica y capacidad de resolver averías en campo.

Se ofrece apoyo completo para reubicación al país de destino, incluyendo vivienda, asesoría fiscal y registro, así como un salario base competitivo y asignación por turnos.

Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 5+ años en mantenimiento de maquinaria, sistemas de automatización o equipos industriales.
• Habilidades de comunicación en inglés.
• Educación técnica en mecatrónica, mecánica, ingeniería eléctrica o afín (valor añadido).

Responsabilidades

• Mantener y reparar maquinaria y sistemas de automatización en sitio.
• Realizar pruebas, resolución de fallos y mantenimiento preventivo.
• Diagnosticar averías mecánicas y eléctricas y resolverlas en campo.
• Contribuir a la disponibilidad de la producción y mejoras de rendimiento.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician , you’ll be the problem-solver in the field, ensuring that highly complex machines operate reliably at all times. As allround Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced automation equipment and machinery . Beyond fixing problems, you’ll be contributing to long‑term reliability by implementing preventive maintenance and advising customers on performance improvements.
