Motus People busca un técnico de mantenimiento para turnos que supervise y repare instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas en entornos de producción avanzados. Trabajarás con equipos PLC, cintas transportadoras y líneas automatizadas para mantener la fiabilidad y eficiencia.

Formación

• Experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento en instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas.
• Conocimientos de PLC y automatización son una ventaja.
• Educación técnica relevante en ingeniería o maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas.
• Inspeccionar y optimizar máquinas y sistemas de producción.
• Trabajar con equipos con PLC, cintas y robótica en líneas automatizadas.
• Apoyar a equipos de producción para mejorar fiabilidad y eficiencia.
• Registrar actividades y reportar hallazgos técnicos.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations.
• Inspecting, testing, and optimizing machines and production systems.
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, robotics, and automated production lines.
• Supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Recording maintenance activities and reporting technical findings.
• Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar technical role.
• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial machinery, production equipment, or automated systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts where applicable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
