Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Spain seeks an experienced maintenance specialist to lead planned and preventive maintenance across equipment and automation systems. You will develop standard work, train staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, technical reporting, and ensuring safety standards while collaborating with production teams to keep operations efficient and reliable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation.

Work Experience and Education

• Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture

• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation

Specific knowledge

• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred

• Basic math skills and good use of logic

• Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
