A leading multinational company in Seville is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to oversee maintenance contracts, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a University Degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 4 years of experience. Candidates should be fluent in English and have strong leadership and communication skills. Formación

• High level of English (at least C1).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Management of maintenance contracts and dealings with suppliers.
• Experience managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive management of service/maintenance contracts.
• Coordination with other departments for proper execution of maintenance tasks.
• Planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitoring the execution of maintenance activities with traceability in SAP.
• Preparation and updating of value-adding KPIs for continuous process improvement.
