Lemoine Spain is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the strategic and operational maintenance, engineering support, and safety compliance across the facility. You will drive reliability, TPM, and continuous improvement to support production targets and capital projects.

The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, leadership experience, and a track record of optimizing cost and asset performance in FMCG environments.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in industrial maintenance.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in nonwoven, hygiene products, tissue, paper, textile, converting or FMCG manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the plant maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure high reliability and availability of all production assets.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.
• Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
• Support CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and industrialization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach maintenance teams to achieve world-class performance.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all maintenance, engineering support, utilities, and technical services within the manufacturing facility. The role ensures maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost optimization across the complete manufacturing process, from cotton fiber processing and nonwoven production through converting, packaging, and warehousing operations.

The position plays a key role in supporting production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, asset lifecycle management, and capital investment projects.
