BNB Bank seeks a Workday consultant to join a multicultural, fast-growing IT team across Europe and Latin America. You will participate in international projects, configure the Workday platform, and drive client-facing workshops focusing on Core HCM and financial processes.

The role demands strong requirements analysis, testing, and client management with occasional travel. English fluency is required; Spanish is highly desirable.

Formación

• Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Admin or Math.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data-analysis skills.
• Fluent English required; Spanish desirable; Italian or French an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements for Core HCM.
• Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver Workday configurations.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototypes and secure client buy-in.
• Provide status updates to Engagement Manager and monitor project health.
• Offer SME guidance on business process decisions in industry/functions.
• Support Workday operations by suggesting improvements and enforcing data standards.
• Engage with Workday Community, share ideas, and contribute to best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to Cloud-based services. This role will require your requirements analysis skills, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Be a successful professional helping our customers achieve their highest development.

• Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
• Conduct working sessions in large, global organisations to gather, understand and analyse business requirements for various functional areas, especially Core HCM.
• Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform and represent the "voice of the customer" - keeping the needs of employees, people managers and business leaders at the centre of all Workday design and deployment decisions.
• Demonstrate the configurations through the iterative development of prototypes to gain customer acceptance of the business processes.
• Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of the overall project status.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.
• Support Workday Operations by suggesting monitoring and recommending ways to better utilise Workday, proactively identify and create metrics to drive operational improvements and institute and enforce data and process standards in the Core HCM.
• Actively participate in the Workday Community contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers, and participating in user groups.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar quantitative/analytical fields. Background or interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding (or strong motivation to learn) of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes - both financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and workforce-related (headcount, compensation, FTE planning) - and how they connect to organizational decision-making.
• Good understanding of how technology is changing and appreciation of its power to revolutionise the way organisations work and behave. Eager to try and challenge yourself with new things.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and consultative skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically , prioritising problem-solving.
• Constant desire to acquire knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Passionate about client service excellence.
• Fluent English required; Spanish highly desirable; Italian or French considered an asset!
• Work location: Madrid.
• Available to travel when needed.
