Qualitas Energy, a leading global platform for renewable energy investments, is hiring an Investment Associate for the Iberian Investment team in Madrid. You will identify, analyze and monitor opportunities in energy transition assets and coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.

Requirements include 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or related fields, strong financial modelling and valuation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, M&A, project finance, corporate finance or strategy/transaction advisory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze investment opportunities in energy transition assets and platforms.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment scenarios.
• Support due diligence, prepare internal materials, and coordinate with external advisors and teams.
• Monitor portfolio assets and assist value-creation initiatives.
