Financiera-Independencia in Madrid is seeking French-native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, invite them to participate, and conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement and high participation rates.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, plus the ability to work with a multinational team and adapt to trainings and internal communications.

Qualificações

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
