Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assigned clinical trials end to end.
• Oversee trial start-up, feasibility, and setup of trial systems.
• Monitor trial performance with metrics and manage risks.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder management and meetings.
• Define submission strategy for Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees.
• Uphold risk-based quality and inspection readiness across trials.
• Coach and mentor the clinical trial team on protocols and procedures.
