RBW Consulting is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager for a mid-sized CRO. The role offers a salary range of €80,000–€90,000 and a preference for candidates in the Madrid or Greater Madrid area.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage global studies, and ensure regulatory and client requirements are met. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of CRO CRO experience in clinical project management, with strong communication and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in a CRO environment.
• Madrid or Greater Madrid area preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional study teams and external vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional study teams and external vendors to deliver clinical projects on time and within quality standards.
• Manage complex global clinical studies and programmes.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
