Recurrent Energy is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to support the engineering and development of utility-scale PV and battery storage projects in Madrid. You will build and maintain financial models, update forecasts, and contribute to risk analyses and financing strategies across transactions.

The role requires 3+ years in project/structured finance, strong VB macros skills, and fluency in English and Spanish, with travel as needed.

Formación

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
At least three years of relevant experience in project finance or structured finance.
Strong financial modelling skills and VB macros.
Experience in a Big Four firm, investment fund, bank or energy company is desirable.
International experience is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for project finance portfolios.
Perform scenario, sensitivity and risk analyses on macro and project factors.
Support financing transactions, risk analysis and capital structuring discussions.
Coordinate inputs for internal approvals and liaise with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
Prepare documentation for lenders, investors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor financial close processes and ensure compliance with covenants and reporting.
