INSUD PHARMA is seeking a Human Resources Digital, Automation & AI Analyst in Madrid to accelerate HR digital transformation. The role focuses on designing AI agents, bots, copilots, and automations to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

A strong background in automation, analytics, and HR processes is required, with hands-on work on dashboards, data integration, and system integrations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, digital solutions, or AI in business.
• Proven ability to design and develop AI agents, bots, copilots, including flows and integration.
• Programming knowledge for automation development and data processing.
• Experience with Python, SQL, React, FastAPI, Power Automate, Power Query, APIs.
• Experience in developing internal web apps, dashboards for business use cases.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and transform into business-ready solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and deploy automation to reduce manual tasks and errors.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and copilots in HR processes.
• Develop internal apps and dashboards to improve user experience and decision making.
• Extract and structure data from HR systems ensuring quality and traceability.
• Create integrations via connectors, APIs, and programmatic logic.
• Translate HR requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define simple automation architectures for HR with analytics.
• Document workflows, dependencies, and maintenance criteria.
• Propose improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
