Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a Field Service Team Manager to lead a team of roughly 10 field service technicians focused on decanters and heat exchangers. You will drive service transformation, balance customer needs with business goals, and coach your team to excel in a dynamic, global environment.

With a background in engineering and at least five years leading technicians, you will develop competence, conduct reviews, and plan remote and on-site service activities in Madrid and surrounding

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Spanish FP Superior).
• At least 5 years leading teams of technicians.
• Strong experience in service, maintenance, repair, and support processes.
• Knowledge of Alfa Laval equipment, especially decanters.
• Experience in sales processes is valuable.
• Residence in Madrid; fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of service engineers with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports; manage competence development.
• Conduct employee reviews and update skills matrix.
• Manage field service activities in remote areas.
• Execute services from the 360º portfolio for relevant products.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinator to plan activities and assign skilled technicians.
