K-LAGAN in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients. You will oversee RFQ processes, budgets, and cross-disciplinary coordination from quotation to commissioning to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ideally in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
• Solid knowledge of RFQ processes, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design, including integration of automated equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and occasionally travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to technical and financial targets.
• Coordinate and review RFQ documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Serve as a technical interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.
