K-LAGAN in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients. You will bridge engineering, management, and customer coordination to deliver projects from RFQ through commissioning on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, background in automation or intralogistics, solid RFQ and budgeting experience, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience managing engineering projects in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
• Solid knowledge of RFQ processes, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design and integration of automated equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to technical and financial targets.
• Coordinate and review RFQ documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to align across all project stages.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring objectives are met.
• Serve as a technical interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.
