Datawords, part of 87Seconds group, seeks a translation technologies/NLP-focused role based in Barcelona. You will test MT features, collect user feedback, assist MT operations with CAT tools, and train engines while benchmarking MT systems to tailor solutions for international clients.

Ideal candidates have NLP training, Python and Linux basics, strong English, and exposure to CAT tools such as SDL Trados. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Training in translation technologies or Natural Language Processing.
• Knowledge of Python, regular expressions, MT systems and Linux (shell commands).
• Excellent knowledge of office tools (Office suite).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDL Trados Studio and other CAT tools is a plus.
• Working languages: English required, French is a plus.
