Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking a Technical Publications expert for the M&L Structural Repair Domain. You will ensure TID process adherence, manage WPs, and coordinate with PSO, PMO, and publishing teams while maintaining strong data consistency across aircraft systems.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, security classification management, and timely delivery of revisions for multiple programs. English fluency and Aviation domain experience are required.

Job Description: A job opportunity as Tecnical Date Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). As Technical Publications . M&L Structural Repair Domain Technical Expert, she/he will responsible and/or contributor as part of the TID Experts team of: Ensure that all steps in TID Process are met on time and on quality, following the TID Industrial Planning. Round Tables (TCCB) management. Collect source data for common access to ensure consistency of aircraft part and system all over the aircraft. Identify and launch in time and according to maturity of source data the detailed analysis of impacts. Manage and monitor the WPs creation and closure in IDS & Qualico. Provide visibility to PSO with the list of priorities for a given revision and associated WOs. Provide visibility of production status to authoring chains (Networks), PSO and PMO. Weekly follow-up. Ensure an appropriate management of Security Classification (as per source data). Manage the work progress at each phase of the process including V&V application. Input for PSO (production meetings). Ensure that milestones are achieved and closed on time. Attendance and support to S/C scheduled meetings (weekly). Drivers follow-up (input for PMO). Ensure the correct closure of each TID Scheduled Revision. Support and align the mission & vision of Airbus DS strategy for the new products & tools related to this field of expertise (Structural Repair Domain). Generate and manage the pre-analysis, launching and closure of the criteria and work orders, respectively. Support Publishing Team to ensure a common milestone understanding (production closure / publishing trigger). Interface with TASSP2 (Configuration). MR validation to be confirmed in ADN. KPIs generation and distribution. OTD, RFT, RAG (external activities . as required) OTD . Authoring deliverables. Support to Quality Audits (as per PMO directives). Define the Guides and reference documents to manage the TID Structural Repair Domain. Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments incorporation in TID Products) Experience in A/C structure and repair domain are required. RESPONSABILITIES As Technical Publications . she/he will be responsible of M&L TID Structural Repair Domain, whose core responsibilities are: A/C Configuration Control Management (HoV & In-service phase for all M&L aircrafts & Operators . C212, CN235 & C295) Report TID A/C Configuration completeness at A/C ToT (as per applicable IT) to TDSO (Technical Data Steering Organization), PSO (Production Steering Organization) & PMO (Program Management Office). Ensure the correct closure of all TID Scheduled Revisions for the 3 Programs. To set-up the configuration criteria (CDS, CONC, SBs, etc.) as inputs to be considered for the Repair Domain aligned with the A/C deliveries & in-service needs (as per regulations). Manage & development of the applicable TID production follow-up process. Report to PSO (Production Steering Organization). Technical Approver (DOA delegation) responsibilities for Technical Data Repair Domain. Qualico Management (monthly reports iaw PSO-PMO requirements; i.e. DO validations for new Customers). OP inputs for TID PMO (OP management). Track the TID Networks deliverables (invoicing). Monitor and management of the Certification Process (GRDAS & ALS tasks). Remark: The Technical Data Steering Organization (TDSO) is a dedicated organization in charge of the application of a common mechanism of production to the different TID authoring lines in order to guarantee the homogeneity and consistency of the Data Modules (DMs) production and applicable priorities to ensure TID configuration control. Outputs The jobholder will report timely optimum Technical Data Configuration & Production reports & follow-up to cover: Continued Airworthiness and Safety of maintenance of the in-service fleet. Contractual commitments in terms of maintenance performance under the Full In-Service Support Customer Services contracts. Applicable Technical Data worksharing aligned (in terms of configuration) with each Head of Version A/C delivered (ToT). Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments) The job holder will identify and report any airworthiness related issue covered under ‘scope’ in order to effectively contribute to the Airbus DS Transport obligations related to Continued Airworthiness. The Advance Copy process should be activated if needed. The job holder will also collect and compile in-service data/experience in order to deliver inputs for new designs and ensure that lessons learned related to the ‘scope’ are made available and thus contributing to improve Airbus DS Transport TechnicalData products. i.e. A/C deliveries lessons learned, dry-runs, etc. E. Organisation structure The jobholder has a single operational and functional reporting to the Head of TASSD3 Manager, TASSD3 Maintenance production Manager (PSO - Production Steering Organization) and TASSD3 PMO. SKILLS • Customer oriented. • High level (demonstrated) of Repair Maintenance Domain in the frame of Technical Data, including applicable tools (Sprint, IDS, Samanta). • Able to perform deliverables OTOCOQ. • Able to communicate directly with the customer or the Program Office on technical data issues. • High level in presentations, able to speak in public. • High level in speaking and written English.
