Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a Technical Publications - C295 Maintenance Responsible & TID Expert to manage TID configuration, data production and stakeholders across engineering and PSO teams in Seville. You will lead data validation, milestones and reporting to ensure continued airworthiness and timely deliverables.

The role requires 5-10 years in Technical Publications/ Aircraft Configuration Management, and high-level English communication. A hybrid work model is possible.

Job Description:

An opportunity for an TID C295 Maintenance Responsible & Data Performance Expert has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Sevilla San Pablo.

As Technical Publications Maintenance Responsible - she/he will be responsible of specific C295 M&L TID Configuration Management activities in the maintenance domain, whose core responsibilities are:

• A/C Configuration Control Management (HoV & In-service phase for all C295 Fleet)

• Report TID A/C Configuration completeness at A/C ToT (as per applicable IT).
• To set-up the configuration criteria (CDS, CONC, SBs, etc.) as inputs to be considered for the Technical Data production aligned with the A/C deliveries & in-service needs (as per regulations).
• Manage & development of the complete TID production follow-up process.
• Daily follow-up of TID Experts inbox (WO-Data Modules production)
• Qualico Management (monthly reports iaw PSO-PMO requirements; i.e. DO validations for new Customers).
• Technical Data Validation (FVAL sub-step).
• To lead technical meetings with the different stakeholders (engineering, supportability, etc.)
• OP management.
• Track the TID Networks deliverables (invoicing) and production control.
• Data analysis (maintenance) & follow-up

Remarks

• Key teamplayer dealing with all TASSD stakeholders, including Engineering, MRO and Supportability Engineering.
• Maintenance general chapters will be part of the Maintenance responsible worksharing.

As a TID Expert, it must be guaranteed the homogeneity and consistency of the Maintenance chapters Data Modules (DMs), their production and validation phases considering the applicable priorities to ensure a complete TID configuration control & ICA Completeness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Technical Publications - C295 Maintenance responsible & TID Expert, she/he will responsible and/or contributor as part of the Technical Information and Data team of:

Ensure that all steps in TID Process are met on time and on quality, following the TID Industrial Planning.

• Round Tables (TCCB) management.
• Collect source data for common access to ensure consistency of aircraft part and system all over the aircraft.
• Identify and launch in time and according to maturity of source data the detailed analysis of impacts.
• Round Tables Management (criteria analysis / backlog) IAW production commitments. Manage and monitor the Work Orders creation, validation and closure.
• Manage the work progress at each phase of the process including V&V Process (FVAL). DOA delegation as TID Expert role (Technical approval) and DAE as Maintenance Responsible.
• Provide visibility to PSO (Production Steering Organization) with the list of priorities for a given revision and associated WO.
• Provide visibility of production status to authoring chains (Networks) and PSO. Weekly follow-up.
• Ensure an appropriate management of Security Classification (as per source data).

• Ensure that milestones are achieved and closed on time. Attendance and support to Networks scheduled meetings (monthly).
• Fleet's drivers follow-up (input for PMO).
• Fulfilment of TID milestones (TID Industrial Planning).
• Report regularly to other Airbus DS areas in the frame of TID Conf. Control (on demand).
• Generate and manage the pre-analysis, launching and closure of the criteria and work orders, respectively.
• FCL/ CML Management, , and dispatch complete work orders to the Authoring lines.
• Support Publishing Team to ensure a common milestone understanding (production closure > publishing trigger).
• Interface with TASST2 (Configuration) & TASL.
• Networks Monthly Reports (MRs) support (on-demand).
• IT / accesses Networks requests management (control and approval - on-demand).
• Support to Quality Audits (as per PMO directives).
• Attend to meetings with internal stakeholders and/or Customers as TASSD3 representative.
• Define the Guides and reference quality documents as required.
• Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments)
• Support ToT(s) - in the frame of Technical data.
• Set-up Quality Gates & configuration milestones with applicable stakeholders.

Outputs

• The jobholder will report timely optimum Data Modules production reports & status:
• Continued Airworthiness and Safety of maintenance of the in-service fleet (including Temporary Revisions / Advance Copies management).
• Contractual commitments in terms of maintenance performance under the Full In-Service Support Customer Services contracts and / or new Head Of Versions (HoV).
• Applicable Technical Data worksharing aligned (in terms of configuration) with each Head of Version A/Cdelivered (ToT).
• Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments)
• The job holder will identify and report any airworthiness related issue covered under ‘scope’ in order to effectively contribute to
• the Airbus DS Transport obligations related to Continued Airworthiness (i.e. Advance Copies and / or Temporary Revisions management).
• The job holder will also collect and compile in-service data/experience in order to deliver inputs for new designs and ensure that lessons learned related to the ‘scope’ are made available and thus contributing to improve Airbus DS Transport Technical Data products.
• ToT collaboration and Customer Interface as part of PMO activities. Follow-up of milestones, including applicable reports.

SKILLS

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in Technical Publications, Aircraft Configuration Management and Maintenance Engineering processes.
• Soft skills: Highly customer-oriented, high adaptability. Able to communicate directly with the customer or the Program Office on technical data issues. High level in presentations, able to speak in public.
• Languages: High level in spoken and written English.
• Technical knowledge: Maintenance domain (AM, AFI & AWD) deep knowledge. Able to perform deliverables OTOCOQ.
