Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Marbella, Spain, is offering a Marketing & Content Creation Intern role at Lucia Marbella. You will support the Marketing team in coordinating initiatives, partnerships, content creation, and events for Lucia Marbella.

This internship blends marketing operations with creative content duties, providing hands-on experience in luxury hospitality marketing, event logistics, and vendor coordination.

Formación

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Preferably based in Marbella with knowledge of Marbella market.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team and assist in coordinating marketing initiatives and internal processes.
• Support communication and coordination with partners and other strategic collaborators.
• Assist in organizing marketing documentation, contracts, and operational files.
• Help prepare order sheets and administrative documentation related to marketing activities.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for marketing and operational needs.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and assist in the purchasing process for marketing materials and branding assets.
• Assist in preparing order forms, invoices, and supplier documentation for submission to the finance and administrative teams.
• Ensure documents are properly completed and aligned with internal administrative procedures.
• Assist in collecting required documentation and maintaining organized records of entertainment agreements.
• Help coordinate logistics related to artist arrivals, travel and scheduling when required.
• Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup preparation, and operational follow‑up.
• Provide on‑site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in creating and capturing content (photo/video) for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Support content planning and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Help prepare marketing materials for events, including signage, branding items, and digital assets.
• Support the daily presentation of the venue, ensuring marketing and branding elements are correctly displayed.
• Assist in monitoring that brand standards and visual guidelines are respected across the venue.
• Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to maintain a venue environment that reflects the Lucia Marbella's brand identity.
