Sandon, located in Marbella on the Golden Mile, invites you to join its luxury home interiors showroom. Represent the Sandon brand with polished communication, professionalism and an elevated client experience.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a passion for luxury interiors and a track record of exceeding sales goals. You will guide clients, manage CRM details and uphold Sandon’s premium visual standards.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a high-end interior showroom is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
• Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered
• Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
• Greet and welcome all clients, ensuring they are properly advised on collections
• Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard
• Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients
• Gather and collate clients’ CRM details to build the client book, follow up with clients and maintain relationships
• Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior
• Manage POS (Point of Sales) transactions
