Madrid Marriott in Madrid is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage team member to prepare drink orders, pour wine, and keep the bar area clean and well stocked. Excellent guest service and teamwork are essential.

You should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; you will process payments, assist guests, and follow safety and service standards. Training will be provided to ensure Marriott standards are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• None of the above certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drink orders and serve according to recipes, and maintain bar cleanliness and supplies.
• Issue, open, and serve wine and champagnes; manage cash and process payments.
• Count bank, complete cashier reports, and secure cash; resolve discrepancies.
• Follow safety policies, maintain professionalism, and protect company assets.
• Develop positive guest relations and support the team to reach goals.
