EDITION Hotels in Barcelona is seeking an attentive bartender to prepare drinks, open wine and champagne, and maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout shifts. You will stock glassware, manage garnishes, process payments, and assist with opening and closing duties while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to safety policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work full-time in a fast-paced luxury hotel

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes with measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; transport to bar set-up area.
• Process payments, count bank at end of shift, and complete cashier reports.
