Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid invites motivated hospitality students to join our internship program across multiple departments, including F&B, Culinary, Rooms, Sales, Hygiene, IT and People & Culture.

You will support daily operations, learn from skilled professionals in a luxury setting, and gain hands-on experience while aligning with our standards of excellence. January/February 2027 start; full-time 6-month commitment and school/university agreement possible.

Qualifications

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
• Philosophy aligned with our Golden Rule- people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
• Legal right to work in Spain at the time of appliyng.
• Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/ university for a full time 6-months period.

• Support daily operations within your assigned department while learning from highly skilled professionals in a world‑class luxury environment.
• Assist with essential tasks aligned with your area of specialization, contribute to the smooth running of the department, collaborate with team members.
